November 2022 - Multi-award-winning and leading telecoms carrier of SIP, Hosted, Connectivity, Unified Communications and Collaboration services, Voiceflex, is pleased to announce the official launch of the second generation of its client portal on the 1st of November. One of the UK’s leading carriers, Voiceflex will be offering the portal to host its extensive range of other services, including SIP trunking, call recording, and its UCaaS platform Voiceflex Flow. Since it was established in 2005, Voiceflex has grown to become an award-winning communications provider with over 1,000 channel partners, and continues to grow and adapt, paving the way for new innovations in the telecoms sector, like their new portal.
The market-leading portal, which has been rewritten from the ground up, was developed in order to give Voiceflex’s channel partners more API connectivity, giving them the ability to configure their numbers with compatible features, order data services, track orders, and more, directly in the portal. Other features include the automated international number ordering process, which gives users feedback on the requirements of each country, and updates them when their new numbers are activated. Users are able to personalise the portal to their bespoke needs, and can choose to show only the specific Voiceflex solutions and services that they wish to sell to their customers. Voiceflex’s partners are also able to integrate the portal with their own existing portals, giving their own customers a seamless experience.
A select number of Voiceflex’s partners have already been able to use the newly-designed portal during its beta phase since June, and have helped to fix bugs, making the new portal even quicker and easier to use. Voiceflex are pleased to officially launch the portal now, and this next phase will see it rolled out to all of Voiceflex’s partners and clients. There’s no added cost for using the new portal, and users can still access the old version of the portal if they wish to - customer choice is always key for Voiceflex.
The portal will continue to be upgraded after launching, with new features and services added as and when they become available. Voiceflex’s developers have taken an API-first approach, making it easier to add in new APIs instead of completely rewriting the code for the portal. By expanding on the capabilities of its current platform, the new portal will greatly improve both the services that Voiceflex offers to its clients and the services they then in turn offer to their customers, giving them more transparency, easier access to information, plus better management tools and applications.
