Senior Software Developer

- Experience on C# and Asp.net
- Familiar with SOLID principles
- Have experience in writing unit tests and integration tests
- Some experience in modelling the domain
- Knowledge of design patterns (GoF)

Job Description
Voiceflex require a Desk based Account Manager to proactively retain and develop our existing channel partner base. Voiceflex is a vibrant company selling SIP Trunks, Hosted Telephony applications, data products and associated products to channel partners; we have a base of 1000 plus channel partners. Report to: Sales & Marketing Director
- External relationships: responsible for a managing existing partners and assisting new partners
- Internal relationships: marketing, provisioning, support, and credit control departments
- Salary: competitive salary & performance related commission, based on sales and KPI’s
- Hours: 9am – 5.30pm
- Location: UK wide home based
Main Duties
- Promote portfolio of products and service to existing customer base 80%
- Promote products and service to potential partners 20%
- Increase monthly revenue per customer
- Provide quotations and sales advice to channel partners
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact
- Account management which will include regular telephone and email communication. You may be required to spend some of your time attending trade shows and customer events
- You will interact effectively with other departments including provisioning, support and credit control to assist with customer issues
- Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports to the Sales Director, including sales, customer feedback, and competitor information
- Actively seeking to increase the services offered to your portfolio and increase the income generated in conjunction with the cross-sell and up-sell reward scheme to targets
Person Specification

- You will have a minimum of one year’s experience in Telephone Account Management or selling via the telephone
Knowledge and Experience preferred
- Experience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients
- Experience of providing written information to clients
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook & Salesforce
- A good understanding of what it takes to maintain and develop the most productive client relationships
- Must be comfortable working towards defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Must be able to quickly understand the client, their products and their industry
- Beyond an initial training period you must be able to describe the full portfolio of products and services
- Experience in managing projects, campaigns, co-ordinating team members, developing timetables and setting deadlines in order to achieve client objectives
Skills required
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Working or worked within the telecoms industry 2 years plus
- Ability to lead a project using own initiative and working as part of a team
- Ability to create and maintain accurate / accessible and organised documentation
- Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
