I've installed Voiceflex mobile call recording on my BlackBerry device. How do I use it?
During any connected incoming or outgoing call, you can start recording on demand by pressing
the side button you have set up to trigger VoxOnDemand. A pop-up will then
appear to ensure that you've not pressed the recording button by mistake. Click on
OK and then wait a second or two for the recorder to be dialled into the call.
Once the call has finished, a recording will be emailed to the address that you set up when ordering the service.
Where is the call recorded?
The call is recorded on our cloud-based platform. When the call is finished, a GSM-encoded .wav file is sent to your registered email address for you to play back, forward or archive.
Is there an additional cost for dialling in the recorder?
The app will dial a London (020) number; if you receive free national calls, there will be no charge.
Is the recording FSA compliant?
No. The information is not encrypted or stored on our platform and the app is not designed for compliance. The .wav file may be encrypted when it hits your email system.
